It includes a personalized plan with carefully selected supplements, along with specific protocols and a schedule for safe and optimal usage. The program aims to address any nutritional gaps and address any potential deficiencies or imbalances. Regular bloodwork review calls are conducted to track progress and make necessary adjustments, ensuring that the supplement program aligns with the client's goals and continues to contribute to their overall wellness.

4- Month Plan (2-3 bloodwork reviews, including initial bloodwork)
6- Month Plan (3-4 bloodwork reviews including initial bloodwork)
